Backup Manager Operation Failed

Running Window Plesk Panel ver. 9.2
When trying to open Backup Manager I get the following error.

KonB i have the exact same error. I just noticed today after upgrading my plesk since two weeks ago.

I upgraded my plesk from 8.6 to 9.2.1. now i received many problems. One is the ip changing from shared to exclusive making me moving the ip from exclusive to another spare shared ip, changing exclusive status to shared and moved back.

Another error would be similar to yours. I can't seem to access Back Manager on the Home page after login. In the start up menu in windows for me, i also could not find the Backup and Restore manager anymore. Can anyone help me with this? Furthermore, can anyone tell me whether is the restore button or a place to do it. Thanks.

I have exactly the same error but I'm with Windows Server 2003 and Plesk 9.0.1 and I d'ont upgrade anythnig.

Please use Plesk Reconfigurator->Repair Plesk installation.

This will help to check binaries of Parallels Panel.

It is also advised to check permissions using the utility.

Also it may point to corruption of database 'psa', so if the above recommendations do not help, please submit support ticket.

I have the same problem, I just fresh installed Windowss 2008 Plesk 9.5.2 and you see they even cant fixed the issue after many months of this release.
