Backup now problem - wrong permissions?

Backup now and sceduled backup fails.
When I try backup now I get the error message: "Unable to create backup session: Specified file is not accessible"
I guess this is because the permissions to the folder is wrong? Where is this located?

Are you backing up to ftp or locally?

your idea to make such a script is very good, but the backup function in plesk had to work because we pay even for it!!!

chown /var/lib/psa/dumps and /var/lib/psa/dumps/tmp to psaadm : psaadm
