TwitterI have run a backup of Plesk using the command line "pleskbackup" routine for backing up ALL. I moved the backup to a new server running comparable Linux, and with Plesk 8 already installed. I then created a map file, and was able to validate it. I ran plesk_installation_directory/bin/pleskrestore --restore <backup file name> -level all -map <map file name>.
The backup runs, but does not succeed. Instead, it creates a directory called "restore" in the same directory where the backup files are, and fills it with .tmp files. That's as far as it gets.
I get several error lines like this referring to various *.ini files:
audit(1152539833.288:65): avc: denied { getattr } for pid=2458 comm="httpd" name="mysql.ini" dev=md1 ino=1720358 scontext=user_u:system_r:httpd_t tcontext=root
bject_r:tmp_t tclass=file
but the backup doesn't abort.
Am I going about this the right way?
