• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Backup Problem

New Pleskian
Hallo,

at first i wont to say sorry for my bad English. ;)

I have the problem that my Plesk Panel makes by it self backups of the total server an of all domins hosted on it.

This happends even if i disable all planned Backups on the server.

Is there a file ore something where i can see what backups are planned?

I'm using CentOS 5.7 (Final) with Plesk 11.0.9 Update #51

Greetings from Germany

Why do you think that Plesk makes own backups by himself?

Ok it is not totaly by himself... But i get day by day backupfiles with names wich do not match with the names i have set at this time.

An Example is: In the backup of one Domain i geht daily one backup with the old name of the server backup, one backup with the old name of the domain backup and one backup with the correct name i currently configured.
If i turn of the domein backup i still geht the backups with the old names.
