Backup problem

Hello,

Sorry for my bad English.
I have at 1&1.fr dedicated server hosting multiple domains.
I also at 1&1.fr ftp server for my backups.
I set up the data for personal ftp server on plesk.
Backups are good for all my domains except one.
Yet all are identically configured and saved .tar on the ftp server but exept a file.
The difference in this domain compared to others is its size. It is more than 10GB while others are less than 1GB.
I have set the parameters in multi volumes 2000MB and mode passive or not passive, but the backup is always performed on a dedicated server and not on the ftp server.
Can you help me please?

Any attempts of troubleshooting? Logs, error messages?

Sorry but I have no error message.
The backup runs well but it is on the same server and not on the FTP server.
Is it because of the size of larger than 10 GB site?
