Backup problem

I have a problem with the built-in Plesk-Backup on my Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS - Plesk 11.5.30 MU46:

The backup on my FTP works but it ends with the following error-notice:

These paths does't exist - no idea from where Plesk knows this paths - perhaps from a earlier verion.
I don't use Plesk Sitebuilder at all - so I don't really need this backup.

Has anybody an idea to fix this?

Looks like there are some extra records in psa database or some inconsistency. It is require investigation directly on your server. Therefore I suggest you contact Parallels Support Team. They will check and fix it on your server.
