Issue Backup process error

Hello,

We have received error from Plesk site while taking backup.
Could you please tell us about what could be cause of this error? Backup is generated successfully but with some errors.

[WARNING]: ExecCmd::ExFailed[0e9e44f5-5394-49bf-abb6-c011dc1f3958]: Execution of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\bin\pre10-backup-convert" --can-convert -source "C:\Program Files (x86)\plesk backup\backup_info_1805181051.xml" failed with return code -1.
