New Pleskian
Hello,

Plesk 10.4.4 (serverA)
DB MSSQL 2008 r2 on external server (serverB)

Setting:

1. On serverA and serverB created users sqladmin.
2. On serverA this user (sqladmin) in Group Users
on serverB this user (sqladmin) in Group Administrators.
3. Server MSSQL running under sqladmin account
4. On serverA created share folder MSSQL_resore (sqladmin Full)
5. From serverB on user sqladmin can open folder \\serverA\MSSQL_restore and can write.

But have error when backup or restore database:

Error: dbbackup failed: Unable to backup database 'user_testback'
Unable to open connection: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated

This error began when I updated from 10.2 to 10.4

On second installation with Plesk 10.2:
serverD (Plesk 10.2)
serverE (MSSQL 2008 r2)
backup work.

Where can I find full error? In what file it is written?

Hello,
today I installed new version Plesk 11 on new servers for test.

The problem remains.

I can give access for those servers.

Hey Parallels,

any updates on that ?
How can we offer an hosting service without a working backup ??

We got same exact issue and setup here on our 13 production servers, some of them we have upgraded from 9.5.4 to the last version but like yauhenyc - without luck!
