The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
Can anyone please help me? I am trying to upload my own image for my banner but it keeps coming up with image not supported. I have tried many different images but same problem everytime
Please make sure that you have latest updates installed with your Parallels Sitebuilder installation (check admin CP -> Server -> Autoupdate -> Check for updates...hotfix Hotfix-20090421 should be the last one).
Do you get any errors or warning during/after uploading process?
What kind of image are you trying to upload? Can you attach it here?
i tried uploading jpeg and gif but both wouldn't work. i'm using the version from name.com.au as that's where i purchased the domain name and that's the only version available with free hosting but i've decided to use yahoo sitebuilder as i've found it much easier to use. thanks anyway
