Question Best Command Line Tool For Noob

As I transition over to Plesk from CPanel, I feel like I am going to have to use the command line tools to get things done. I very seldom use a command tool except in Windows so I have to ask, what would be the best command line tool for me to learn and use? PuTTY or GitBash, or ???

I am using PuTTY and I like it alright. Got the job done.
