Please share the opinion as what of programs for Billing you consider as the best and why?

Voted "Other" because of the current software I use. Using phpCOIN (www.phpCOIN.Com), which is designed to Clients, Orders, Invoices, and Notes. Integrated Helpdesk, IPN Abilities, Creation scripts that are compatibile with Plesk 8 (last I checked anyway), etc. And best of all, it's freeware. Of course, that's just my opinion. I'd expect you to it out before starting it up...but ya know...
