I am trying to get in on the black friday deals, but when I put in my license code it just throws an error

INPUT ERROR​

An error occurred while validating your entries. Please correct the data in the highlighted fields.

But I have the right license code.

When I try to open a support ticket, it says I need to login first, so I am trying a password reset, but the password reset on the plesk support is broken and I never get a password reset link and I cannot open a support ticket and I cannot buy the black friday deals.

When I call the plesk phone number and leave a message, no one ever calls me back.

The Plesk license number is the one that stars with "PLSK.". Some users confuse it with the activation key. The activation key is not the license number. Could that be the issue here?
