Resolved BoldGrid don't work - problem whit license key.

Hello,

i want test BoldGrid extension on my server whit plesk Ony 17.5, i have activate a license whit central panel, but when enter in BoldGrid section into plesk show me an error:


There was an error verifying the BoldGrid Connect Key. Please contact your site administrator to assist you with using BoldGrid.

i ha ve disable all firewall, but the problem persist.

anyone have some idea for this??

Have you tried contact vendor of this extension - Create a website with WordPress in minutes | BoldGrid ?

Yes, i'have open the ticket to vendor, I think the problem is both of them.

We rolled out a fix to address the issue your video shows on July 12th, and it should have corrected the problem you are having.
