• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Bounces - What is UID 2522 and 2020

I'm watching the logs go by, endless amounts of bounces. I like most, have been fighting this for quite some time. I've come up with a number of things which has cut it back a lot, basically not allowing it into my network and firing right back off to whre it came from. Bottom line is that I'll either get RBL'd, which I doubt since it's not actually originating from me or the offending obviously OPEN server will finally notice that it's getting a hell of a lot of email all of a sudden and close it's holes.

Anyhow, the question is... what is UID 2522 on Linux RedHat 9.0 (or any other box?). I'm noticing that I'm still geting connections from <> using UID 2255 and 2020 and that mail SEEMS to be being sent to it's destination.

I say SEEMS because, I'm really not sure, just learning here.

SEEMS to me that the remote accepted the email?

Anyone have any ideas?
