bug: internal Sitebuilder error when clearing logo on design page

on the design page I clear the logo, I click on next, confirm the change and I get the following error:

Internal SiteBuilder error.
File: /usr/local/sitebuilder/include/SB/Actions/Wizard/Design.php; Line: 130
Message: PHP Notice : Undefined variable: logoFileName; Code: 8

This issue should be already fixed in Sitebuilder. Make sure that hotfix1 is installed for Sitebuilder 4.1 on your server. Just check Server -> Autoupdate section in Sitebuilder admin CP.
