Bug: Not able to add schedulled tasks when subscription main domain is disabled

Hi,

I just discovered a bug related to scheduled task functionality. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create subscription and set for main domain: maindomain.tld
2. Add additional domains and subdomains.
3. Now when you try to access scheduled task page all is working.
4. Disable maindomain.tld
5. Try to access scheduled task page
6. You get an error: "Error: Domain was suspended by administrator. "

Expected result: Schedule page to load so I can set cronjobs for other active domains and subdomains.

Plesk Panel 11.5 latest version with latest updates, ubuntu 12.04 64bit.
