Is this a bug.
I did a really stupid thing, I edited my php.ini via Plesk's Virtuozzo's File Manager, and when I saved it, it trunicated to 15 lines!
Good job I backed up the file.
Will be editing via SSH from now on I tell you.
I take this is the same for editing html/php/etc files.
