Bug Report : Incorrect Error Message When MySQL Resource Limit Reached

Plesk Windows v10.0.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

An incorrect error message is displayed when you attempt to add an application to a domain which requires a MySQL database when the MySQL database limit for that domain has been reached. The error message says that the required resource (eg MySQL v4) is not available, suggesting that MySQL is not installed when it should say that the MySQL database limit for that domain has been reached.

To reproduce;
- add a new subscription with a limit of 1 MySQL database.
- add a domain
- add an application that requires a MySQL database to the domain.
- add another application that requires a MySQL database to the domain (or another domain with the same subscription) and it fails with an incorrect error message.

Whilst there is a simple work around (increase the number of MySQL databases available) the error message is confusing and should be corrected to accurately report the problem. I suspect the same issue will occur with other resources required by an application.

Following thread highlights the problem: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=107786
