bug report: "mail --help" incomplete

The "mail --help" data is incomplete. I just spent two hours trying to get forwarders setup for various addresses on a domain when I gave in and went to the online documentation because no matter what I tried, adding the forwarders wouldn't actually enable them.

Lo and behold, apparently there's also a "--forwarding" parameter that isn't documented within "mail --help".

Please update the app to include this parameter in the built-in help.
