Can I Update The Nameservers At My Plesk?

Hi,
I'd like to get answer on "Can I Update The Nameservers At My Plesk?".
Since i don't have chance to update the nameservers of my domain at my registrar (long story), i'm prepared to create NS records at my Plesk panel in DNS settings, where i can create NS records and point them.

Can i do that? Is it the same way of updating nameservers just like at registrar?

Okay, i think it will be ignored. I can't change nameservers thru Parallels Plesk.
