• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Resolved Can not create a local git repository

W4ru

Basic Pleskian
The function of creating a local git does not succeed.

After specifying the necessary parameters, the " progress display " is shortly visible and after reloading the git page below the domain, the start (assitent page) is visible again. In the overview under modules/git/ can be seen that 0 repositories are existing.

Uninstalling and installing the module did not change anything.

Plesk Obsidian
Version 18.0.49 Update #1
on CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 (Core)

We have not seen similar reports from other users so far. Could you please check in detail that the parameters you enter are correct and the repository you are addressing actually contains the expected files? Are paths and names all correct? Do you see any error messages when trying to download data?

Hello Peter!
Thanks for your query

I have once included an ext. GIT and that works successfully! Accordingly, I do something wrong when including local files.
I am trying to figure this out. Since there is (was) no error message, my assumption was that something is basically wrong.

But the ext. structures are pulled correctly and everything is as it should be.

I'll update when I've figured out the local part.
So it's not a bug, I'll change the prefix ;-)

Hello Peter!

This is solved because I could see that my processing was faulty!

How can I put "solved"?
Sorry for this question, I can not find it, although I know many forums SW...
