Resolved Can not login my plesk by PC but by app no problem

Hi everyone and happy new year,

I don't know why but suddenly I can not access on my plesk by PC but by app no problems, when I type the login it's refused like it's not right, so I ask a new one, type the email configuration and then i get this error message
Error: The administrator's password cannot be sent by email for security reasons.
To log in as 'admin', use the 'plesk login' command. To set a new 'admin' password, use the 'plesk bin admin --set-password -passwd <new_password>' command.

I open Putty, type root and the password, of course refused.

Why, I can not connect on my plesk by PC but by app no problems it's very strange that.

I don't know what to do, because I use plesk to connect on wordpress.

If you are not the server owner (if you do not have root access by SSH to the system), please ask your service provider to create a new password for your customer account on the system.
