can not open sitebilling

Hi,

I having a problem with the sit billing on plesk 9. I did install the plesk on a CENTOS 5 and evry thing working just fine, but when I try to open the sitebilling I get the Error http 500, any idea how to solve this issue?

When I click on the billing I get an page open with this address :

https://my domain.com:8443/plesk-billing/admin/index.php

then It says:
http: error 500

Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
