Issue Can not see emails accounts

Hi,

I migrate email from plesk 11 to plesk 12.5.39 in another server.
The email work fine but I can not see them in plesk.
I can add new email and I can see the new email account with no problem.

I don't know if I should run:
mchk.exe --domain --domain-name=mydomain.com

Any suggestion ?
