can not send notification...

Yesterday, I do install SMTP server on Windows 2003 to allow CDONTS to send mail out. But Plesk got an error below

Warning: Unable to send notification: mail() failed: SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for <Email@address.>

Please help me to check this problem.

How do you try to send the message? Using some script?
Have you configured IIS SMTP to another port? Because 25 is used by Plesk Mail server
