cannot access to Plesk Panel

Hi !

I have a problem. I was trying to create mailboxes with my terminal app (on mac) and it doesn't work permissions are broken in my etc/sw directory.

I followed this : http://kb.parallels.com/en/111684 but when I use the first command

/usr/sbin/usermod -a -G swkey-data psaadm

I get :

usermod: cannot lock /etc/passwd; try again later.

I tried to do it on Cyberduck SFTP but I failed and now I can't acces to my pannel... I have this :
