Issue Cannot activate monitoring

Server operating system version

Centos 7

Plesk version and microupdate number

Obsidian 18.0.48

When I try to launch monitor 365 i get the message :
An unexpected error occurred
And the panel.log shows:
ERR [panel] Unable to Connect to ssl://api.monitoring360.io:443. Error #0:
I did an update of certificates in my server with
update-ca-trust
But the error continues appearing when I try to open monitoring.

I'm using Plesk Obsidian 18.0.48, in Centos 7
Any idea about how to solve this problem?

The "update-ca-trust" command is for Debian based systems. For CentOS 7, please use
# yum update ca-certificates

Unfortunately that doesn't help at all!

Updating ca-certificates is the official solution. Normally when running this and even when there is nothing to update, the output should include ca. 20 Plesk repositories and the CentOS base, epel, extras, mariadb and updates. Example:

This can be a hint that something is not properly configured with the yum repositories. You mentioned you are using CentOS 7. Is it an up-to-date CentOS 7?

If it was my system, I'd probably try # yum clean all and then run # yum update ca-certificates once again to rule out cache issues. If you are unsure what to do next or don't want to take the risk, this is a case for Plesk support so that they can fix the issue directly on your system.

The system is only 7 days old and is completely up to date. Monitoring with Plesk 360 also worked for about 2 days. suddenly it didn't work anymore.

As in the other thread there is also a possibility that port 443 is blocked for outgoing traffic in the firewall. Maybe you have put some firewall rules in effect that block outgoing traffic on port 443, e.g. in an attempt to harden security on the server? In such a case, please exclude 49.12.21.69 and 162.55.37.127 from the block.
