cannot add event in horde's agenda

We have encounter this issue several times.

Once logged in horde, we can access to the agenda. Sometime the current month is displayed, sometimes it is december 1999. However anytime we want to add a new event, nothing happens and we are redirected to december 1999 calendar.

It is not possible either to import a calendar.

Is there a way to fix this ?

This happens on several plesk versions, above or egal to 7.5.2 and on virtuozzo.

Has this ever happend to anyone ?

This is clearly due to php 5 or mysql 4 as on a vps with php 4 and mysql 3.23, i have no issue, while on a similar vps (php5 and mysql4), the same issue ocurs.

An object issue i guess. Any idea how to fix it ?
