Cannot add new domains after migrating to 9.2.1

After upgrading from 7.5 to 7.6 and then to 9.2.1, we have lost the ability to create domains in Plesk.

We can create a new user account, but get the following error when we try to add a domain to that account :

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: DB query failed: Unknown column 'displayHost' in 'field list'
