Cannot change ip adress (error)

I'm trying to change the ip adress of my Windows 2003 Server Web via the plesk re-configuration utility. But when doing as described in the KB, i get this error:

Unable to execute "D:\Plesk\admin\bin\websrvmng.exe" --change-ip-address --old-ip-address=10.0.2.5 --new-ip-address=10.0.2.55:

Invalid pointer (COM Error 80004003) at execute console command --change-ip-address

And when i click on more i see:

at reconfigurator.Utility.execUtil(String utilName, String arguments, String inputString, Hashtable envs)
at reconfigurator.WWWSiteReconfigure..ctor(IPAddressMap _map)
at reconfigurator.ReconfigureIPProgress.Run()

What to do about this? And no, reinstall is not an option. Repair Plesk does not work either.
