Cannot check mail through outlook

For some strange odd reason I cannot check my mail through any external email rpogram such as Outlook, it doesn't seem to like my password or something, but yet I can check it through the webmail interface using that same password. Does it require any special ports to be open on the firewall besides 110 and 25? Why is this happening.

Not sure about 7.0, but on 6.5 Horde required only the e-mail prefix (IE sales) but POP3 required the full e-mail for login (IE [email protected]). Hope this helped.

Thanks alot that took care of it. Is there anyway to get around that?

There may be a way to alter Hoarde, however it should not be changed for checking POP3, we haven't looked into checking it.
