Cannot dump domain hosting settings[Cannot access a closed file.]

Hello

We are getting following errors on some domain while we are taking backup using Plesk Backup Manager.

"Cannot dump domain hosting settings[Cannot access a closed file.]"

We are using Plesk 12.08 with Windows Server 2012.
Kindly guide us.

Do you have some third-party antivirus software installed on this server? Like McAfee or something else? If yes - remove it and run backup again.
