After a recent reboot of the server, our control panel no longer works. Nothing has been changed on the server. When opening the control panel page, we get this popup on the console:
PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\program files\swsoft\plesk\admin\modules\php_openssl.dll' - The operating system cannot run %1.
The page itself either times out or generates this error:
Fatal error: EVP_VerifyInit failed in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3 on line 3022
This is a clean install ontop of a brand new Windows 2003 install. I've tried messing with PHP, checked permissions, etc, nothing helped.
