It should not touch any existing rules. However, if you are unsure about it, you could export the rules with iptables-save > iptables-export.txt so that just in case you could re-import them if needed after a reboot.

18.0.55 #1 has been published on September 7th, 2023: It is once again possible to switch to Dynamic List view after updating to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.55. (PPPM-14123).

@igorkhom, the issue was fixed by the 18.0.55 #1 update that is available since September 7th.
If you do not see updates or the page is not loading, please open a separate thread for that issue and describe exactly what steps you took that lead to the symptom.
