Is the other domain registered on the Internet or is it only configured on the server?
When you ping the other domain, does it resolve to the IP address of the host where it is hosted?
Have you verified that the MX record of the domain's DNS is pointing to the host where it is hosted?

Both domains are registered to me and all the DNS is pointing to the server. Plesk is also the name server for both domains.

What is logged to /var/log/maillog (or /var/log/mail.log) when a mail for the other domain is received?

This is from the domain that don't work (changed sender email to [email protected] for privacy)

Besides some strange errors that I have never seen before (very interesting though to see them) the email seems to be sucessfully delivered after all:

Code:
Jan 1 20:41:33 enyafox postfix/local[47548]: 50C1A46919: to=<[email protected]>, relay=local, delay=0.03, delays=0.02/0/0/0, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to mailbox)

This line is only logged if the mail is actually stored in the mailbox.

So maybe something is happening to the mail afterwards? For example, a mail assistant rule moves it to a different folder? Or deletes it? Or maybe it is auto-downloaded by a long forgotton mail client and them removed from the online mailbox?

It depends on the email clients that are involved and if they have a log file. It should not be too difficult to go through the clients that have access to the mailbox and check their settings and rules. You'll sure find the reason why the mail disappears after delivery.

The thing is, it does the same on a new email address added to server.

Here is the log received on the working domain
