Issue Cannot receive emails 550 5.7.1 Command rejected.

Hello, I'm trying to receive from an email account an email, but they gets this error:

host mail.domain.com [xxx.xx.29.70]
SMTP ERROR from remote mail server after pipelined DATA:
550 5.7.1 Command rejected.

I have Plesk Onyx 17.8

Where can I look for?
 
a good starting point would be the logfiles
in your case please see in the /var/log/maillog if you can find the corresponding log entry for the mail which was rejected and post it here
 
I get this error in the mail log of the sender:
