Cannot redeclare class pleskexception

Sometimes I receive an error like this:
Cannot redeclare class pleskexception in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\PleskException.php on line 75

And I found it's related to clients login.
I.e.
login: 0336.02913630824 fault to login, while
login: foo.bar successed to login.

Any ideas?
