Cannot remove Cloudflare for Plesk Panel from my installed applications

I am trying to remove Cloudflare for Plesk Panel app from my installed applications on Plesk Panel. There were two instances of this on two domains, I removed them from the domains but the app is still showing under installed applications, even if I try to remove the instances they are still showing. Please if anyone has any experience of this kind of problem, help would be much appreciated as I am now getting a backup error every time these domains are backed up (missing APS instance error). Something in Plesk thinks that I still have the app installed on the domains (or they have not properly removed themselves).
