Unfortunately this functionality is not (yet) available. If you like this feature to become available in Plesk please vote for it here:

Add select tick box to search results to allow action on multiple files

It is possible to select multiple files and delete them in Plesk File Manager. However, if you search files, then the result doesn't have checkboxes to select multiple files. Therefore if it is required to delete all ".htaccess" (or any other) files, I can find them but I would need to delete...

Have you considered to simply open the SSH shell and solve the search and delete question with Linux commands?
