Cannot restore backup in Plesk Onyx

Hello,

i get this error:

Can not deploy content of domain xxxxxxxx

Archive error: from /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/xxxxxxxx/backup_user-data_1701172132.tgz to /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxx: tar (child): /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/xxxxxxxx/backup_user-data_1701172132.tgz: Cannot open: Permission denied tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/sw-tar: Child returned status 2 /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/sw-tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

I have tried this: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/unable-to-restore-from-backup-manager.340763/

 /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --restore-vhosts-permissions

But this doesn't work for me.

I use incremental Backups to FTP.

# plesk repair fs domain.com

?

That gives me the following output:

root@naderioweb02:~# plesk repair fs xxxxxxxx.tld
Checking virtual hosts' file system ................................. [OK]
Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

Didn't solve the problem.

Try to fix permissions of /var/lib/psa/dumps as it is described in https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213958765

I'm having this issue on an old server with Plesk Onyx, the article described does not appear to exists anymore. Any help?
