• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
    We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
    If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • The ImunifyAV extension is now deprecated and no longer available for installation.
    Existing ImunifyAV installations will continue operating for three months, and after that will automatically be replaced with the new Imunify extension. We recommend that you manually replace any existing ImunifyAV installations with Imunify at your earliest convenience.

Hi,
i cant install PECL Packages which is not responding:
# /opt/plesk/php/8.4/bin/pecl channel-update pecl.php.net
Updating channel "pecl.php.net"
Channel "pecl.php.net" is not responding over http://, failed with message: Connection to `pecl.php.net:80' failed: Connection timed out
Trying channel "pecl.php.net" over https:// instead
Cannot retrieve channel.xml for channel "pecl.php.net" (Connection to `ssl://pecl.php.net:443' failed: Connection timed out)

In Plesk, for every PHP Version it is impossible to install any PECL Package. I´ve tried to update Channel, see above and it fails.

Are you able to reach pecl.php.net? It's possible at the time when you tried to do it that pecl.php.net's server was down, either that or pecl.php.net is being blocked from your server for whatever reason.

I've been trying for a week. Maybe it's because of Immunify 360?

I don't think it's banned:

Ok, there seems IPv6 not working. I don't know.

If your server does not need IPv6, disable it, otherwise change the priority so IPv4 is preferred then figure out why your IPv6 is not working afterwards.

Ok. That was it.
vim /etc/sysctl.conf
adding then on the bottom:
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1

sysctl -p
systemctl restart networking

and then the same thing backwards (i need v6!)

remove
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1

sysctl -p
systemctl restart networking

root@XXXXXX:~# /opt/plesk/php/8.4/bin/pecl channel-update pecl.php.net
Updating channel "pecl.php.net"
Update of Channel "pecl.php.net" succeeded

I dont know why it now runs, but it is now fully functionally.
