Cannot setup FTP repository

Hi,

When I try to configure the FTP repository for the server backup, I get an error saying the server cannot be reach, and I have to check my settings.

MY SETTINGS ARE CORRECT !!!

I can access my server with ncftp and ftp with the same settings.

Therefore WTH can't plesk access it ? how can I troubleshoot this issue ?

FTP logs, Plesk logs, Plesk Migration Manager logs, system Linux logs...
