Cannot update Plesk license

    My new Plesk software keeps telling me to get an updated license key. However, each time I hit the button, it can't make a connection to the Plesk server.

    Anyone else have this problem? Know what the issue is?

    - check that you have no firewall active blocking connection to ka.swsoft.com, Port 5224

    - if that does not help, please contact your provider to ensure that everything is OK with your license.

    Check to make sure you are not blocking port 5224
