can't access AtMail 1.0.5 through webmail.dominio.com

Hi

We have updated Plesk 10.4.36 to Plesk 11.0.9, in general the update was successful without complications, but now a customer can't access your AtMail 1.0.5 through webmail.dominio.com and leads to the page (attached screenshot). We have revised the DNS settings and it seems correct (attached screenshot).

What could it be?

We use CentOS 6.2
