Cant add Domain

I have reinstalled plesk and now I cant add domains.

I get the following error:

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Unable to create dumps directory: Execute websrvmng --add-domain "--domain-name=mysite.com" failed: Invalid pointer (COM Error 80004003) at addLinkSite(webmail, C:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail)

Can anyone help me with this please.

Now I am getting this error:

I have the exact same problem (The second one) on my server. Since this morning.
Only I'm using Plesk 7.5.4

Are you sure your Mailserver is functioning properly and Plesk is connecting to it?

manually remove the host

you need to manually remove the domain form your mail serve to stop the second error, but I'm actually getting the first now... I'll post the fix when I find one
