• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hello,

i can't add new subscriptions after update to plesk 11.5 and Debian 7.2.

I get the following error:

Screenshot_1.jpg

Serverinfo:

Debian 7.2
PHP 5.4.4
mysql 5.5.31

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

I can't find any info about libmysqlserver.so.2

Best regards
Martin

Did you dist-upgrade to Debian 7? Looks like your APS controller is not properly configured in accordance with your system configuration. FYI.

There's really no need to apologize. I just asked to confirm the reason of malfunction.

If you have /usr/lib/sw/libmysqlserver.so.2.0 installed, set APS_DB_DRIVER_LIBRARY parameter in /etc/psa/psa.conf to this path. You might also need to run # plesk sbin packagemng -sdf and # service sw-engine restart afterwards.

Otherwise your best bet is probably to follow the steps I detailed at the link I posted above.
