Issue Can't change PHP version

I just installed plesk with Centos 7 for our Magento 2.3.1 online store, the problem is, I can't change PHP version for specific subscription (domanin).

I set it up correct in admin section for PHP 7.2 but when I log in to server as user the PHP is:

PHP 5.4.16 (cli) (built: Oct 30 2018 19:30:51)
Copyright (c) 1997-2013 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2013 Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader (enabled) + Intrusion Protection from ioncube24.com (unconfigured) v10.0.3, Copyright (c) 2002-2017, by ionCube Ltd.


Any idea how to solve this?
 
But If I check php.info it shows the right version....
So strange
I can't run Magento with this php config

with the command you check your version, i guess you use
Code:
php -v
you check the version of the php which is shipped with the os.

I recommend to upgrade your Plesk version to Obsidian, on Plesk Obsidian, Plesk services do not depend on system PHP
