Was this ever solved? I got the same problem now after a windows update.
It seems when I restart MYSQL or the websites nothing changes but doing a Plesk repair lets it run for a while
Same for a full reboot of the server
MYSQL error comes after less then an hour and nothing show up in the event logs.
