TwitterHi, we have tried to connect remotely to the database, but having no luck, and it keeps coming up with the message Can't Connect to MYSQL server on (IP). We have however, ensured that remote connection is allowed on the database, both via any host and via custom hosts (we have added our IP) - there is no plesk firewall, but no matter what we try, we still can't connect remotely - is there something we are missing? We are trying to connect via SQL Manager... Thanks.

The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
