• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Can't create DBs

Hi there,

I'm not sure if I'm right in this forum but maybe it's sort of How Do I Question:

I can't create any databases. Neither as root nor as a client. The limit for the client is 1 (I also tried with higher limit), but when I try to create one I get the error msg that I'd be over the limit (max 0 databases).

At "server > database servers" I found a way to add a new db server, but the local mysql server is already registered and I can't make changes to its settings. When I have a look at the mysql.user table of that db server I don't find a root user what I think is unusual.

What do I have to do?

Thanks, Rob

Sorry, forgot to set the database limit for the domain.
